Drawing on more than 15 years of experience across healthcare, nonprofit leadership, community health, and DEI strategy, Christin brings a rare blend of executive-level perspective and relational depth. Her work centers the human experience of leadership — helping people see themselves clearly, communicate with honesty, and make decisions aligned with their values.
Christin’s approach is rooted in conscious leadership, context coaching, and her belief that people thrive when they feel seen, supported, and empowered to lead from their most authentic self. She works with leaders and mission-driven organizations to cultivate cultures of belonging, accountability, and purpose.
Her greatest joy is raising three empowered Black young adults — and creating spaces where others can rise with confidence, honesty, and dignity.
