She is especially passionate about working with professionals in academic medicine, higher education, and purpose-driven institutions.
With a background in economics, nonprofit leadership, diversity strategy, and project management, Christin combines head and heart — offering thoughtful solutions that drive real results. Her personal mission is to empower others to lead boldly, resolve conflict with integrity, and create spaces where people thrive.
Her greatest joy? Raising three empowered young Black adults — and creating space for others to rise, too.
