We provide strategic mediation services, with a focus on academic medicine and higher education settings. Whether it’s resolving departmental conflicts, navigating leadership transitions, or facilitating difficult conversations, we bring neutrality, structure, and empathy to the process.

Trauma-Informed Strategy Consulting

We help organizations build strategy rooted in emotional intelligence, inclusivity, and long-term sustainability. Services may include organizational assessments, strategic planning, facilitation, and leadership team development — always through a trauma-informed approach.

About the Founder

Christin is a strategist, coach, and facilitator with a passion for helping people lead with courage and clarity.

A certified trauma-informed professional and executive coach-in-training, Christin brings deep experience in change management, leadership development, and organizational strategy. She is especially passionate about working with professionals in academic medicine, higher education, and purpose-driven institutions.

With a background in economics, nonprofit leadership, diversity strategy, and project management, Christin combines head and heart — offering thoughtful solutions that drive real results. Her personal mission is to empower others to lead boldly, resolve conflict with integrity, and create spaces where people thrive.

Her greatest joy? Raising three empowered young Black adults — and creating space for others to rise, too.
